ATTENTION MEMBERS!!!

Vancouver ACM SIGGRAPH will be holding our Annual General Meeting at 6:30pm, Thursday June 18th. This event is only open to active members of the chapter and all members are encouraged to attend.

The Agenda is as follows:

1) Drinks and Mingling (have a drink on us!)

2) Overview of the 2014 – 2015 season

3) Elections: Board members

4) New Business

We would appreciate it if members would book their spot in advance to allow us to plan better. Thanks!

 

As required by our by-laws, we will holding an election for the Vancouver ACM SIGGRAPH board. All current members of the board are seeking re-election. They are:

Jason Lee Elliott – President
Wendy Lanning – Vice-President
John Rix – Secretary
Tony Tsai – Treasurer

Members can also write in any candidate. Candidates must be active members of Vancouver ACM SIGGRAPH to be considered valid.
